For as long as I can remember, creating and sharing beauty with other people has been something which I’ve loved and has brought me tremendous joy. Growing up, I was surrounded by a family of horticulture experts, and floral designers, which instilled in me a deep passion for flowers, nature and design. After I graduated from high school in Creston, my Aunt, Pat, offered me a job at her flower shop - Morris Flowers. It was there that my passion for flowers, and creating beautiful things began to emerge. During my time working at Morris flowers, I was able to learn about floral design and was given a taste of the floral business. I knew that this was the industry I was created for! A move to the Okanagan led to some business education, and a job at a Kelowna financial institution.
However, after a few years, I was ready to return back to the Creston Valley and pursue my passion for flowers and cultivating beauty.
In 2018, Brittany's Flower Farm came to life. With my talented mum, and now business partner by my side, we started a micro flower farm and flower studio. Flowers and the beauty of nature have a way of connecting people together, and I count it a privilege to be a part of that!

At the flower studio, we specialize in curating seasonal and nature inspired designs. We love incorporating unique foraged materials which reflect the beauty of the season, and our lush Kootenay surroundings. During the summer months we design with as many local flowers as we can, including our home-grown blooms, picked and grown right here on our farm.
